The bling's the thing

It can be very difficult to incorporate bling into a CAS card, but the sparkly washi tape that I adore makes it an awful lot easier.



All I needed to add was a topper - a die cut circle stamped with a cute bird and sentiment. These are  unlabelled clear stamps that came in a goody bag I won a few years ago, so I'm afraid I don't know the brand.
